About RPM Athlete Performance:

RPM Athlete Performance (Reps Powered by Mechanics) was created as the solution to educate, coach, and support athletes with understanding not only what to do (follow a program in the gym and on the field) but how and why to do it. Most performance gyms coach in an open gym style - not us. Our performance coaches coach, teach, guide, and support athletes through their training blocks; encouraging them to be their best and to leave nothing on the table.

RPM goes above and beyond strength and conditioning. Our athletes follow a foundational strength program (movements & mechanics every great athlete needs) and then are given personalized sport-specific bursts to target their needs. The combination of our foundation strength program and the full burst library thoughtfully chosen for and prescribed to each athlete is our secret sauce to injury prevention and personalization, keeping the individual [athlete] as the key focus. Our burst library targets sport and position specific movements (think throwing, shooting, scooping, diving, jumping, etc.), speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, power, strength, change of direction, balance, stability, and mobility to name a few. All of this is from our core philosophy of integrated performance training and the 5 Pillars of Performance (read on to learn more). For more information, please go to www.rpmathlete.com
